1) Introduction & Scope

Agentech Rx LLC, doing business (“AgentechRX LLC.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information across our websites, applications, services, and SMS/MMS messaging program (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Please review it regularly.

Defined terms: “Creator,” “Influencer,” “Business,” “Medical Professional,” and “Visitor” have the same meanings stated below (see Section 1(d)) unless defined in our Terms of Service.

1(d) Definitions

Creator / Influencer / Business: A user who uses AgentechRX LLC links or checkout to facilitate product purchases, applications, tracking, reporting, and payment.

Medical Professional: A participating physician network and/or pharmacy or supplier that fulfills a legitimate prescription to a Visitor and may use the Service for purchases, sign-ups, tracking, reporting, and payment statements.

Visitor: Any user or customer who clicks a link or product from a AgentechRX LLC site or affiliate.


2) Information We Collect

2(a) Personal Data

Information that identifies or can reasonably identify a person, including: name, address, date of birth, email, username, hashed password, billing and payout details (e.g., last-4 and tokenized payment info processed by PCI-compliant providers), city/country, language, browser type, vertical/industry, and application preferences.

2(b) Usage Data

Device and analytics data (e.g., IP address and derived geolocation, device identifiers, time zone, pages viewed, time on page, diagnostic data).

2(c) Location Data

Approximate location (e.g., country/city/postcode) derived from IP, used to deliver features and improve the Service.

2(d) Marketing Data

Your preferences for receiving marketing communications.

2(e) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use necessary, performance, functionality, and marketing cookies to operate, improve, and personalize the Service. You may configure your browser to reject cookies; certain features may not function without them.

2(f) Sensitive Data

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., race, religious beliefs, political opinions, health/biometric data, union membership, sexual orientation, criminal records). Do not submit protected health information (PHI) via SMS, email, or web forms unless expressly requested in a HIPAA-compliant manner; SMS is not encrypted.

2(g) Children’s Data

The Service is not intended for persons under 18. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.


3) Why We Collect Personal Information

We use data to:

Provide, operate, deliver, and improve the Service.

Personalize content and notify you of changes.

Conduct research, surveys, and customer support.

Monitor performance, detect/prevent fraud and technical issues.

Process transactions, billing, reporting, and forecasting.

Send promotional materials (if you haven’t opted out).

Fulfill legal obligations and enforce agreements.


4) How We Collect Information

Directly from you (account registration, forms, surveys, support, interactions).

Automatically (cookies, analytics, device/usage data).

From third parties (service providers, partners, marketing leads, publicly available sources, and when you connect social accounts).

Legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests (balanced against your rights), and legal obligations.


5) Disclosure of Personal Information

We may share information with:

Technology, hosting, media, analytics, communications, and branding providers.

Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants).

Related entities and service providers we use to operate the Service.

Law enforcement or regulators as required by law.

A buyer/transferee in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Payment processors (we don’t store full card data):

PayPal (see their Privacy Policy).


6) SMS/MMS Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

FrontCare operates an SMS/MMS messaging program for updates, reminders, customer support, promotions, and transactional alerts (the “Messaging Program”).

6(a) Program Description

You may receive text messages related to: account updates, appointment reminders, order or prescription notifications, service alerts, support follow-ups, and marketing messages (if opted in for marketing).

6(b) Consent / Opt-In

You will not receive marketing texts unless you explicitly opt in (e.g., checking an SMS consent box on a form that is not pre-checked, submitting a form that clearly states you consent to receive texts, or texting a designated keyword to subscribe).

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive texts from AgentechRX LLC at the phone number you provided, including via autodialer or similar technology, if applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6(c) Opt-Out (STOP Keywords)

You may opt out at any time by replying with any of these keywords:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
After you text a STOP keyword, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

6(d) Help (HELP Keywords)

For help, reply HELP or INFO, or email us at [email protected].

6(e) Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For marketing campaigns, we typically send no more than 4 msgs/month unless otherwise disclosed at opt-in.

6(f) Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6(g) Supported Carriers

Delivery is supported by major U.S. carriers and many regional carriers; delivery is not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and location.

6(h) Data Use for Messaging

We collect your mobile number, message content, delivery status, and engagement data (e.g., link clicks) to operate the Messaging Program, prevent abuse/fraud, and to comply with carrier and legal requirements. We do not sell your SMS consent or phone number.

6(i) Prohibited Content

You may not use or request us to transmit content that is illegal or violates carrier/CTIA policies (e.g., SHAFT: sex, hate, alcohol for minors/illicit drugs, firearms, tobacco for minors), phishing, malware, or deceptive/abusive messaging. We do not permit transmission of PHI via SMS.

6(j) Consent Records

We keep reasonable logs of opt-ins, opt-outs, and program messaging as required for A2P 10DLC compliance.


7) Direct Marketing Communications (Non-SMS)

We may send you emails or in-app messages about our products/services. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.


8) Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and as required by law (including reasonable A2P consent/opt-out recordkeeping).


9) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and restrict access to authorized personnel/contractors under confidentiality obligations. While we use reasonable measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you and/or regulators of a data breach where legally required.


10) Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to sites we do not control (including Medical Professionals’ sites). Review their privacy policies and use those sites at your own discretion.


11) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/EEA, CCPA/CPRA, Massachusetts law), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity before responding.


12) Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.


13) Complaints

We take privacy concerns seriously. Email [email protected] with details; we will investigate and respond as required by law. You may also contact your local data protection authority.


14) YouTube Connection (Optional)

If you connect your YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Security Settings.


15) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post updates on our website and, where appropriate, notify you by email and/or a prominent notice prior to the effective date.
